Return Policy
- RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- Returns must be received in new condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered. Free from makeup, self-tanner, fragrances, deodorant, smoke, stains, pet hair and have tags attached.
- All SALE items are FINAL. Returns on sale items will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your orders tracking number. Should you return an item after this timeframe, we cannot accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it be returned to you.
- Please mail returns to the return address provided on the original shipping label or send an email to shopgoldenroadboutique@gmail.
com to retrieve the return address. - Golden Road Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may be lost or stolen, please contact USPS' or UPS' customer service team as they can assist you.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Please mail returns to the return address provided on the original shipping label or send an email to shopgoldenroadboutique@gmail.
com to retrieve the return address. - A store credit via gift card will be provided to your email as soon as we receive your return.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
- Golden Road Boutique does not refund the original cost of shipping.
- It is at the discretion of Golden Road Boutique to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.
- All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of credit.
- Please let us know within 4 days of receipt of the item if there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise.
